Order Processing:
We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on the move.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

• Standard shipping: 3–5 business days

• Expedited options available at checkout

International Shipping:
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location, but most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days.
Please note: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. 

To start a return or exchange:
Email us at support@smallswing.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.

Damaged or incorrect item?
We’re on it. If your product arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, send us a photo and we’ll make it right—either with a replacement or a full refund.
